FAQs related to the application process
Where do I find the list of jobs available?
On the Daimler Truck Career Website (https://www.daimlertruck.com/career/) you will find all the current jobs available at EvoBus. Here you can sign up for jobs alerts and also apply directly to us by uploading your letter of application. In the green field “job search” just type in “EvoBus”.
Please do not click on “my application”.
Once you have typed in „EvoBus“ you will see all the currently advertised jobs with EvoBus. If you want to further filter the list to see only apprenticeship or internship positions, for example, click on Pupils or Students immediately below the field where you typed in “EvoBus”.
How can I apply?
When you have found your dream job, click on it to get more detailed information. Now click on “Apply for this job” and you will get to a page where you can register to start creating your personal profile.
How does the registration process work?
The registration process requires you to enter in your personal details and create a security question. You will also be invited to upload a motivation letter for the corresponding job.
Please note: you can alter the covering letter at any time thereafter!
Subsequently you can add details on education, languages spoken and other relevant information. You can also upload your CV, certificates and other relevant documents.
Once the registration is complete, click on „Save“.
Please note: clicking on „save“ does NOT submit your application.
Can I apply for several jobs at the same time?
Yes you can and it is actually advisable when applying for popular jobs thus increasing your chances.
Once you are registered, please always use your log-in details and do not re-register when visiting the site again.
How and where can I amend or update the details of my application?
In your personal profile, you can see under „overview“ all your current applications. You can amend or update your details by clicking on any specific job.
If you have logged out and later want to log on again to amend or update your details, then just go to the landing page of the Daimler Truck Career website and click on “My job application” which will take you to the log-in page. Once you have entered your log-in details, you will have an overview of all the jobs you have applied for.
When is the application closed and submitted?
When you are happy with your application, then click on “submit” and the application will be sent. You will subsequently receive a confirmation of receipt email.
