Senior Manager Sales (M/V)
As a subsidiary of Daimler AG, EvoBus Belgium is responsible for the Sales and Aftersales of Mercedes-Benz and Setra Buses & Coaches and Mercedes-Benz Minibuses within Belgium.

The Sales team is responsible for the Sales of new buses and coaches and the key account management for public and private transport companies.
As member of the Board of Management of EvoBus Belgium NV, you develop and enforce a successful dual brand sales strategy for Mercedes-Benz and Setra Buses & Coaches and Mercedes-Benz Minibuses. You take the lead in business negotiations with customers and cultivate customer relations. You position the brands through targets, marketing and sales promotion activities.
As Senior Manager Sales you lead a team of Key Account Managers and sales support employees towards achieving sales and revenue targets for new buses, coaches and minibuses in the market.
You ensure all sales relevant planning, control and reporting activities as well as sales relevant policies, guidelines and processes.
• Higher commercial or technical education (University degree or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Sales Manager in the automotive industry. Proven track record of sales achievements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer orientated, commercial awareness, target orientated, leadership and cooperation.
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, written & verbally.
