- Preparation, coordination and implementation of personnel measures in consideration of local law requirements in connection with all issues relating to HR
- Recruiting of new employees and managers together with departments including compensation topics regarding local and central policies
- Collaboration and relationship management with labour union/ workers council
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative HR planning, monthly reports and OP planning
- Ensure monthly payroll for all employees EvoBus Sweden including Expatriates and sales staff regarding local and central requirements
- Prepare and manage the executive management development and talent management processCollaboration within the worldwide HR network and central HR functions
- Define and implement (local) HR policies and procedures and ensure governance/compliance in daily business
- Ensure correct handling of the Swedish working Invironment law
- Study with main focus on Human Resource Management
- Several years of experience in HR Management
- Experience with the coverage of the HR rain- bow from recruitment, to budgets and report ting to Germany to development, supporting board management, employee relations, coaching, working environment etc.
- Knowledge of local law restrictions
- Knowledge in MS-Office, SAP HR Good team player, communication and intercultural skills, ability to work in a challenging environment
